Technical Experts - to assess performance, identify any refinements needed for market readiness, and evaluate scalability potential.
Military Advisors - senior and mid-ranking officers who assess operational capability, battlefield readiness, and potential market demand.
Financial Specialists - who conduct a cost-benefit analysis and prepare tailored financial packages for investment consideration.
To enter this stage, a non-refundable administrative fee of £1,250 is required. This covers all compliance checks (KYC, AML, and sanctions). You will also contribute towards the expert evaluations, which typically range from £2,000 to £4,000, depending on the complexity of your technology.
At the conclusion of this process, you will receive a comprehensive expert report summarising all findings, recommendations, and pathways to market readiness.
If your technology is approved at this stage, you will receive a formal financial offer from Legate. Upon acceptance, a dedicated NewCo Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) will be formed between you (the innovator), Legate, and our financing partners — enabling your product to move forward into funded development, production, and deployment.
